This experience is created for leaders, founders, and professionals who give a lot and rarely pause. It offers space to slow down, regain clarity, and restore balance — either as a personal reset or a meaningful gift.


What’s included in the experience?

The retreat includes three distinct stages:

A movement session to reconnect with the body and release tension.

A reflection session — a private conversation designed to calm the mind and refocus perspective.

A spa experience at The Club at Cottonmill, including a 60-minute treatment, full spa access, lunch in The Pantry, and a glass of Prosecco.


Can I personalise the gift voucher?

Yes, you can personalise the gift voucher with a custom message. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalised message for the recipient. Please note that there might be limitations on the length of the message, so keep it concise and meaningful.


Where does the retreat take place?

The experience is held at Sopwell House, a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The retreat takes place within The Club at Cottonmill — an exclusive, members-only spa with gardens, hydrotherapy pools, and quiet relaxation spaces.


How long does the experience last?

The full retreat runs over the course of one day, with flexible arrival and departure within the spa’s open hours (typically 9:00–19:00). Guests are encouraged to move at their own pace and take time to linger.


Is there an expiry date for gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers have an expiry date, which is clearly mentioned on each voucher. It is important to redeem the voucher before it expires, as expired vouchers cannot be accepted or refunded. Please check the expiry date on your voucher and plan accordingly.


Can I transfer a gift voucher to someone else?

In general, gift vouchers are transferable unless otherwise specified. The original recipient of the voucher can transfer it to another person for redemption, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or expired. However, please note that some vouchers may have specific restrictions on transferability. Refer to the voucher terms and conditions for more details.


What if the recipient doesn't receive the gift voucher?

If the recipient does not receive the gift voucher within the expected timeframe, please ask them to check their email inbox as well as the spam or junk folder. Sometimes, email filters can redirect the voucher email to these folders. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.


Can I get a refund for a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Once a gift voucher is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We recommend reviewing the voucher details and terms and conditions before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support for assistance.


What happens if I lose my gift voucher?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift vouchers. Treat your gift voucher as you would treat cash and keep it in a safe place. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use or loss of a gift voucher.


Is this a private or group experience?

This is a private, individually tailored experience. Every guest has dedicated time with their coach, their movement facilitator, and their spa therapist — ensuring space, privacy, and calm throughout the day.


Can this experience be given as a gift?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful way to support a colleague, leader, or loved one in taking a meaningful pause. Each voucher arrives with a personalised message and instructions to choose preferred dates later.


Can guests stay overnight?

Yes. Guests may upgrade to include a night’s stay and breakfast at Sopwell House. Overnight upgrades and additional treatments can be added during booking or upon confirmation of retreat dates.


How does the recipient book their retreat date?

After receiving a gift voucher, the recipient simply submits three preferred dates through a short online form. The team confirms the final date and sends a personalised welcome email with all details.


Can dietary preferences or accessibility needs be accommodated?

Absolutely. Guests can share dietary, allergy, or accessibility information during booking, and the retreat will be tailored accordingly.
